The Fight Against The YLOD

I am a very avid playstation 3 video game player, and I hate when things interfere with my game playing. Im sure you feel the same way. That is why i am waging war on the yellow light of death a.k.a the ylod!

I hate the yellow light of death and if you know anything about PS3 then you know why. It sabotages your PS3 and prevents you from playing your games. On top of that, it makes you feel like you are helpless and have to get it repaired by a professional.

I hate the thought of taking my PS3 to a shop or to some dude to take my ps3 apart and have his way with it. I also like the thought of paying soooo much money just to get it fixed. The costs for repairs is about $200 or $300 bucks! I dont know about you, but im not feeling the idea of shelling out that kind of money every time my PS3 wants to act up.

Screw that! I feel like I can try and fix my PS3 myself. I think I can learn to fix it and save my money in the process.

Why not?!

Did you know that its a possibility that they may end up wiping out your hard drive while they fix your playstation? I dont like that either. I want to learn to keep my info and fix that stupid light.

I want to learn how to fix things like if the PS3 not reading discs, or even the PS3 blinking red light. Learning how to correct all those errors will save you a lot of money and time. After you take your PS3 to be fixed you may have to wait up to 6 WEEKS to get your playstation back! Patience is not one of my strong points.

So if you are having trouble with your PS3 whether its the ylod or anything else, learn how to fix it yourself. You will be much better off saving your money and more knowledgeable about how to fix anything that goes wrong.
